Conference: Ageing with Affection

Dear colleagues,

Active Ageing and Community Care is pleased to invite you to participate in our upcoming conference, “Ageing with Affection: Encouraging Intimacy, Sexuality, and Connection,” which will take place at the Westin Dragonara Resort, St. Julian’s, on Friday, 30th May 2025.

This conference aims to raise awareness about the evolving dynamics of relationships and intimacy as individuals age. Through a variety of panel discussions, research presentations, publications, and poster sessions, both local and international speakers will shed light on these important topics. The key objective is to emphasise the significance of acknowledging and understanding changes in affection and relationships during the ageing process. The conference will also focus on creating safe spaces for open dialogue between individuals, their loved ones, and healthcare professionals, while exploring ways to enhance local environments and services to better address these needs.

If you are interested in attending, please register using the link provided on the poster or by opening the registration link below in your browser.
