Request for Quotation: Medical Doctor for Educational Trip to Rome

Dear Sir/Madam,

The National Literacy Agency (NLA) is organizing a whole day educational visit (Xalata ta’ Kitba) in Rome on the 1st of March 2024. This one-day educational trip involves a group of 90 participants, including 64 children and 26 adults. As part of our commitment to safety, we are seeking the services of a qualified Medical Doctor to accompany the group during the entire trip.

Activity Description:

The itinerary includes a visit to the Vatican City, a walking tour around Rome, lunch, and a coach tour back to the airport in Rome. The role of the Medical Doctor will be to provide medical assistance, including minor medical attention and first aid if required.

Request:

We kindly request quotations from qualified Medical Doctors, preferably Family Practitioners or Pediatricians on the Principal or Provisional Register of Medical Practitioners, who can ensure the well-being of the participants during the trip. The chosen medical professional should be equipped with all necessary medical materials to handle first aid situations. Moreover, the selected medical professional has to be able to communicate in Maltese and English.

Expenses:

The National Literacy Agency will cover all trip-related expenses, including travel and food, for the accompanying Medical Doctor.

Quotation Submission:
