New Ticket of Referral module

Kindly note that a new Ticket of Referral Module (cTOR) is available for use for all Doctors who wish to refer patients to Out-Patient Clinics electronically. As from Thursday 30^th July, 2020 this module will replace the present Ticket of Referral eForm used by GPs within the community.

To be able to have access to cTOR kindly send email to [email protected]

e-mail title should be as follows – Access for CTOR with the below detail in content:

FULL NAME & SURNAME
ID NUMBER
EMAIL ADDRESS
MEDICAL REGISTRATION NUMBER

Government employees need to provide corp account as well.
