Those of you who would like to participate in the Family Medicine Community Attachments, please apply online on the following link by not later than Tuesday 8th October 2024.

Starting from this academic year, students can start their Community Attachment as of October 2024. Every student is expected to do 36 hours of attachment. For your reference, I am also attaching a copy of the invitation letter with a QR code linked to the application form.
